The wheat grass is organically grown in the mineral-rich soil of an ancient seabed located in a remote area of Utah. Planting the seeds in the ground vs in a shallow plastic tray allows the roots to go deep into the soil to collect more nutrients. The wheat grass is harvested during the peak stage whereby the nutrition is the highest then it is immediately juiced and dried into a powder. The wheat grass juice is gently dried at a temperature below 106ºF thereby preserving the color, flavor, aroma, and nutrients of the fresh juice.
